Terms & Conditions

The services contained in the HEYPUNGI application are provided by DOKSANALTI DİJİTAL YAYININCILIK A.Ş. ("Company") located at "Merkez Mahallesi Meserburnu Cad. No 105/1 Sarıyer/ İSTANBUL" is provided by DOKSANALTI DİJİTAL YAYINCILIK A.Ş. ("Company"). This agreement is deemed to have been established between the Company and the members who download the Digital Application to their smart devices and accept, declare and undertake and approve the agreements under the conditions set out in full below.

 

It provides a subscription service that enables our members to access audio and readable book or book-like text contents, Educational Games, Family Activities, Foreign Language Educational Games ("HEYPUNGI APPLICATION") via Internet Digital Application with phones and tablets connected to the Internet. These Terms of Use set out the rules governing your use of our service. Within the scope of these Terms of Use, the terms "our service" or "service" refer to the service, including all features and functions, recommendations and reviews, the website, user interfaces and all content and software related to our service, which is offered for finding, reading or listening to its contents.

 

The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has information about the basic qualities of the digital content services subject to sale, whether it is free of charge or not, sales price, payment method, cancellation of membership and all other issues in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation and that he/she has been pre-informed in the Mobile Application and that this Agreement is binding. The basic package is free of charge for all members, the limits of free members to use the HEYPUNGI application and the basic qualifications, price, payment method and all other issues of digital content services will be included in the application in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts if additional content is desired to be accessed.

 

This agreement shall be deemed to have been established and entered into force as soon as the "I Accept the Membership Agreement" button is clicked and the acceptance declaration is entered into HEYPUNGI records.

 

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the terms and conditions of the Member's subscription to the Digital Content Services and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties. The features and terms and conditions of use of the Digital Content Services are as stated on the introduction page on the website http://www.heypungi.com/ and/or on the mobile application screen. With this Agreement, HEYPUNGI undertakes to offer the Digital Content Services offered by HEYPUNGI from the HEYPUNGI application on mobile devices, tablets and similar devices and to be determined at its unilateral discretion to the Member at the pre-specified prices and conditions within the licence limitations regarding the selected service category; and the Member undertakes to pay the service fee to HEYPUNGI in full and on time by accepting the terms of use. The Member agrees that there is no physical delivery of the Digital Content Services and that the Digital Content Services, which are intangible, will be offered and delivered electronically.

 

A. MEMBERSHIP

 

Your membership will continue until it is terminated. To use the Services, you must have Internet access and a device that supports mobile application download markets and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, recognised payment method, which you may update from time to time and which may include payment through your account via a third party. Unless you cancel your membership through third party payment companies prior to the billing cut-off date, you authorise those companies to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle through the Payment Method you have selected (see "Cancellation of Membership").

 

We may offer several different membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in combination with their products or services. We cannot be held responsible for products or services offered by such third parties. Some membership plans may have different terms and limitations, which will be disclosed at the time you register for the service or in other communications provided to you.

 

The member has the opportunity to create a membership with the e-mail address provided during registration. More than one membership cannot be created with the same e-mail address. The BUYER shall use the e-mail address provided during registration as a user name and shall have a password to be determined by himself/herself. The member can change his/her password at any time. The responsibility for password selection, change and protection belongs entirely to the Member.

 

The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she can use the Digital Content Services subject to the Agreement by entering the user name and password he/she has determined, and that the company is not responsible for the inability to use the services due to incorrect entry of the user name and / or password.

 

The Member agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she will show the necessary attention and care to keep his/her password and user name confidential, will not disclose the password and user name to any third party, will not let them use it, and will not allow the password to be used by unauthorised persons.
